Speaker Bio

Francesca Carlin, an experienced American trainer and coach specializing in communication, leadership, and life design, draws on over 20 years of theater experience to help academics and business professionals communicate effectively and lead confidently.

She offers engaging workshops and coaching sessions, leveraging her expertise in theater, design thinking, and leadership.

Passionate about supporting women in academia, Francesca founded The Women in STEM Virtual Meetup and provides tailored workshops and coaching.

Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Boston University and a Master of Fine Arts from Harvard University, she is accredited as a transformational coach and certified in Designing Your Life.

Based in Berlin, Germany, Francesca empowers individuals internationally to achieve their goals.
