Mentors Online Orientation

Join the MASS AWIS Mentoring Program to inspire, learn, and grow together. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or just starting out, this is your chance to connect, empower, and make a difference. Apply for the 2025 winter cohort as a mentor or mentee today!

Mentor applications will be screened and new mentors will be interviewed by Zoom by the Mentoring Program Committee. We ask that returning mentors still apply to update your responses as some questions may change each year. Please, note that we will select mentors for the current cycle as needed, candidates will be notified if they have been selected.

There will be an online Mentor Orientation that is mandatory and an in-person Meet & Greet event that is optional (but is highly encouraged). Invitations to these events will be sent to the selected mentors.

Final circle assignments will be announced during the first week of December. The Program Kick-Off Event will take place in January 2025. Attendance at this event is mandatory for all participants.
