Mentoring Circles Program 2025: Mentee Application Deadline

Join the MASS AWIS Mentoring Program to inspire, learn, and grow together. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or just starting out, this is your chance to connect, empower, and make a difference. Apply for the 2025 winter cohort as a mentee today!

Final circle assignments will be announced in December. The Program Kick-Off Event will take place in January 2025. Attendance at this event is mandatory for all participants.

Circles are expected to meet for 2 hours for 10 sessions. Meetings may take place once or twice a month, in person or online depending on public health guidelines and the discretion of the circle.

Accepted mentees must pay the dues listed below and attend the Kick Off Event. A link for Kick Off registration and payment will be sent after acceptance. Payment must be received prior to Kick Off.

Returning mentees – $35

AWIS member – $50

Non-members – $100

If you are not currently an AWIS member, you can join and pay the membership dues by visiting https://www.awis.org/join/. Please note the additional benefits of being a member outside of the mentoring program. You will be required to submit proof of membership with your application to qualify for the member pricing.

* Applications will be evaluated for suitability for the program. Mentee spots are limited. The priority is to ensure productive circles for all applicants so circles will be formed based on the compatibility with mentors and other mentee applications. Applications will be kept on file for the next cycle in the event a circle cannot be matched.
