Shelby possesses a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Board Certified Coach with special designations in Career Coaching and Personal/Life Coaching. Having started her career in Recruitment and Human Resources she provides a peek behind the curtain of all things job search and career planning related. She works with her clients to identify and connect their goals and values and then create a realistic plan for moving forward. Shelby’s industry experience spans from sciences to the arts and encompasses everyone from recent graduates to senior leaders.
