About the event
The #IamRemarkable initiative strives to empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. At the heart of the #IamRemarkable initiative is a 90-minute workshop, which will be conducted by Dr. Cheryl Vaughan (bio below).
Speaker Bio

Dr. Vaughan is the Managing Director of Learning and Development Programs at the Boston Biomedical Innovation center (B-BIC). At B-BIC and Harvard Catalyst, she has designed, built and delivered customized workshops for faculty and fellows in the engaged in technology innovation. She co-founded the MASS AWIS Leadership Program, serves on the MassBio HR Forum, and is engaged with MassBioEd to build new soft skills programs for employees with primarily technical backgrounds. Dr. Vaughan holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a Ed.M., both from Harvard University.
